The breeder has taken every care with breeding, rearing and the welfare of the dog.  The dog is believed to be in good health and it is sold in good faith.  The dog has been checked over by their own vet and a copy of examination included in purchasers puppy pack.  The Breeder makes no warranty however as to the health or disposition of the dog.

Every effort has been made to avoid any possible inherited conditions,  Conditions known/thought to be inherited in the breed are Familial Nephropathy (FN) and prcd-pra  Progressive rod cone degeneration – Progressive Retinal Atrophy, AON - Adult onset Neuropathy, and AMS -  Acral Mutilation Syndrome, existing DNA screening schemes have been used and results are showing against the parents on your pups registration documents.

The Purchaser(s) is strongly advised to take the dog to their vet soon after purchase, for a general check and advice on inoculations and worming.

The purchaser(s) shall have 7 days to have the dog examined by a practising veterinary surgeon and shall have the right during a period not exceeding 7 days after such examination to return the dog because of a defect on production of a written report from the said veterinary surgeon (excluding accidental injury), The amount refunded would take into consideration the costs incurred by the breeder in caring for the dog and locating an approved and suitable new home, money will only be refunded once the dog has found a new home and once monies have been received by new owner.  The dog must be returned with his/her Kennel Club Registration papers, microchip registration form all duly signed back over to the Breeder and any medical/vaccination records.

Should it become necessary, the Purchaser(s) should be aware that the return of a dog can be very difficult, especially emotionally and, having drawn the attention of the Purchaser(s) to this, the Breeder cannot be held responsible for any distress caused by the return of the Dog.

Although any description of the Dog as being of show quality is given in good faith, it is a condition of this sale that no warranty can be given as to the ultimate show or breeding potential on maturity of the Dog.

Under Kennel Club regulations, there are two endorsements that may be placed on a dog’s record, by the registered owner of a dog, whilst the dog in question is still in their possession.  A breeder, therefore, is entitled to place two endorsements on a puppy’s record with the Kennel Club.  One restrictions registration of any of its future offspring (progeny) and the other prevents the issue of an export pedigree.

This Dog/pup is subject to the following Kennel Club endorsements…..

(R)          Progeny Not Eligible for Registration

(X)          Not Eligible for the Issue of an Export Pedigree

Endorsements can only be lifted by the person who placed them, and that person would need to send a written & signed instruction to this effect to the Kennel Club.  Should you decide to move your dog on to new owners, you must point out the endorsements as they are on your dog for life, not just while with the current owner.

By signing this contract you are also agreeing to never mate your dog or bitch with any other breed.

The purchaser(s) agree that if, at any stage in the Dog’s life, the Purchaser(s) need to rehome the Dog, the Breeder will be the first to be informed and the Purchaser(s) will, if the Breeder requests, return the Dog to the Breeder.  The Breeder will offer every reasonable assistance to find a new home.

****The seller will not guarantee the Leptospirosis Vaccine. We do not give our dogs this vaccine due to it’s many adverse side effects. If the buyer chooses to give this vaccine to your dog, any cost from adverse reactions such as a puppy coming down with an auto-immune disease shortly thereafter will not be covered. It is completely at the buyer’s discretion to give the vaccine but the seller has no responsibility to pay for adverse reactions or problems that could be associated with the vaccine, even if not proven. Please do your own research, make your own decision.****
